It's My Birthday Today!!

It's my birthday today and life couldn't be better.

Anyone else having a birthday today?

First of all, we kicked off a new showcase at the HOB on January 19th called "Unplugged". It's going great and on February 2nd Duncan Sheik played the show along with Jim Boggia who was AMAZING. Breech and Nick Motil rounded out the evening and what an evening it was! Just awesome!

My new CD is going to be finished next FRIDAY!

Tim Torgerson is moving away today. I'm sad to see him go, but his family ties in Montana are calling and he is ready for the next part of his life journey.

But before he departed, he lent his talents to two of my songs on the new record: Incomplete and Zion. I'm very excited about the songs, his performances and the entire project.

I FINALLY laid down the first track to my new CD. The song is called "Incomplete" and the producer/musician/engineer I'm working with did wonders on it.

This CD is going to explore more musical territory while maintaining my acoustic vibe throughout. I'm really excited about this project and I can't wait until it's finished.
